You also have certain abilities that you can use to help aid you in your battle. SuperStick and his mates can heal themselves or summon power to make them more powerful. It’s advisable that you only use the abilities during harder baddies as ability points are not infinite.

Much like most other RPGs, there are towns you can visit and people you can talk to. One of the more helpful citizens in the town is the wizard. He can heal your whole party free of charge. No need to pay money to sleep at a hotel – which you can still do anyway.

There are also the mandatory shops in the game where you can purchase new weapons and items. The graphics are clean can are reminiscent of a Saturday morning cartoon. The dialogue can be quite humorous too if you’re patient enough to read through it all. I’d prefer if it allowed you to walk around the world map choosing which baddies you want to face ala Final Fantasy XII.
